Subscription Terms
& EULA

These terms govern your use of paid subscriptions in the PayDwell mobile application, operated by GoalSight, LLC (“PayDwell,” “we,” “us”). They supplement, and do not replace, the standard subscription terms of the platform you purchase through (Apple App Store or Google Play). By purchasing a PayDwell subscription you agree to these terms.

1. The free product

PayDwell is free to use for a single broker and a single contract, including detention session tracking, GPS-tagged PDF invoices, and emailing invoices from your own mail app. The free product is not a trial. You are never required to subscribe.

2. PayDwell Pro subscription

PayDwell Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that removes the single-broker limit and adds unlimited brokers and multi-contract management. Pro is offered as:

• PayDwell Pro Monthly: $9.99 USD per month
• PayDwell Pro Annual: $89.99 USD per year

Prices are charged in US dollars. Local pricing and currency are set by the App Store or Google Play and shown to you before purchase.

2a. Factoring Connect add-on

Factoring Connect is an auto-renewing monthly add-on subscription available to active PayDwell Pro subscribers. Factoring Connect requires an active Pro subscription to function. Price: $4.99 USD per month, charged and renewed on the same terms as Pro (see Section 3). Factoring Connect is available for purchase within the app.

3. Billing, renewal, and cancellation

Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.

You manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. PayDwell does not provide prorated refunds, except where required by applicable law, and refunds are handled solely by Apple or Google under their policies.

4. Restoring purchases

If you reinstall the app or change devices, use Restore Purchases in the app to recover an active subscription tied to your store account.

5. Platform terms

Your purchase is also governed by the Apple Media Services Terms and the Apple standard End User License Agreement, or the Google Play Terms of Service, depending on where you purchased. Where those platform terms conflict with these terms for billing and refunds, the platform terms control.

6. What we do not promise

PayDwell documents detention time with GPS-tagged, time-stamped evidence and generates invoices. PayDwell does not collect payment from your brokers, does not guarantee that any invoice will be paid, and is not a party to your contracts with brokers or carriers.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “last updated” date and, where required, in the app or store listing.
